Thai Airways International

Our local office is tucked away at Rz 4-E on Street Number 6 in East Sagar Pur. It’s a bit of an unexpected spot for Thai Airways International, but this is where we handle our local business in this part of New Delhi. It’s a real neighborhood setting, far from the airport noise but still busy in its own way. The office is small and functional. We have a few desks and some posters of planes on the walls, but that’s about it. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights or anything like that. Most of our work is done over the phone or on the computer, dealing with bookings and passenger queries. The street outside can be quite narrow, so it’s not the easiest place to park a car, but we make it work somehow. The staff here is small and we’ve worked together for a long time now. We don't have a corporate script to follow when people call. We just talk to them and try to help them out with their travel plans. It’s a bit of a quiet existence here in East Sagar Pur compared to the big city terminals. Sometimes the local kids are playing in the street outside while we are trying to finalize a flight manifest for the week. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a marketing team. We just open up the office every day, answer the emails, and keep things moving for the airline from this specific Delhi address.
