We are located near the Mother Teresa Public School in Rajeev Nagar, Lalkuan. This is in the Nainital district, so it’s quite a different vibe from the city. The air is a bit cooler here and the pace of life isn't as fast. Our place is actually registered under Mr. N. B. Bhatt’s name. It’s a simple building that fits right into the neighborhood. You can hear the kids playing at the school during their break times. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. The office has a few wooden tables and some old chairs. We have a view of the hills if the weather is clear, which is a nice break from looking at the computer screen. The road out front can get a bit muddy when it rains, so we try to keep the floors clean inside. We aren't a big flashy restaurant here; this is more like the back-end spot for the New Delhi branch. It’s a long way from the city lights of Delhi, but we handle the correspondence and the records from here. People in the neighborhood know us, and we know them. It’s a very small-town feeling. We start our day with hot tea and end it before it gets too dark and cold outside. It’s a very basic and honest way to work.
