Tgi Restuarant

We’ve got a small place over at C-360 in New Ashok Nagar. It’s right here in Delhi, 110096. It’s not one of those huge places you see in the malls. It’s just a regular neighborhood restaurant where we cook what people like. The kitchen is always busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the stove and the tables. The chairs and tables are simple, nothing too fancy to look at. We focus more on the food than on how the walls are painted. New Ashok Nagar is a crowded place, and we’re right in the middle of it. You can hear the bikes and cars outside all the time. Sometimes we run out of certain things on the menu if it’s been a busy day, but we try to keep up. We don't have a big marketing plan or a social media manager. People just come in because they live nearby or they’ve heard we have decent food. It’s a bit loud and messy sometimes, but that’s just how a real restaurant is. We’re just here every day, opening up early and staying late. It’s hard work but it’s what we know. If you’re around C-360, you’ll see us and the sign out front. This is how we spend our time.
