Paharganj is a very busy and sometimes messy part of the city, which gives our place a unique feel. We are surrounded by residential buildings and small shops. The street outside is always full of people, rickshaws, and cows sometimes. We have our kitchen and a modest seating area inside. It isn't a huge, shiny corporate restaurant. We keep things pretty simple and down-to-earth. The staff here works hard to keep everything running, from the prep work in the morning to the cleaning at night. We get all sorts of customers, from locals living in Motia Khan to travelers who are staying in the nearby guest houses. It’s a very real environment.
