Tgi Fridays

This place is located at B-4 207 on the second floor over in Safdarjung Enclave. It is a bit of a different setup since we are not right on the ground floor where everyone can see us from the street. You have to come up the stairs to find us. Tgi Fridays here in this part of New Delhi is mostly about the daily work of running a food business. The building itself is okay, nothing too special, just a regular block in a busy neighborhood. Every morning someone has to come in early to get things unlocked and start the day. We spend a lot of time checking on the kitchen stuff and making sure the seating area looks alright before the lunch rush happens. Safdarjung is a nice area but the parking around here can be a real headache for everyone. We see a lot of the same people coming in from the nearby offices and houses. It’s mostly just us working hard to keep things moving. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do. It’s just about serving food and making sure the trash gets taken out and the floors are swept. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up and we have to get someone to fix it. It gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter, like everywhere else in Delhi. We just keep the doors open and do our work every day.
