We are located over in District 24 Parganas South, specifically in the Kolkata 700 151 area. It’s a busy part of the region and we’ve been part of the scene here for a bit. People usually know where we are once they get into the right neighborhood. Working at Tgi Friday’s in this part of Kolkata means there is always something happening. It isn't always quiet, but that’s what you expect when you’re in a spot like this. We have a regular crew that shows up every day to keep the place running. It’s a lot of physical work, moving things around, making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the weather gets really humid, and that can make things a bit slower, but we push through it anyway. We don't have a lot of long-winded speeches about what we do.
