T.G.I Fridays

We are located over at 1-C in the Rcf Flats, which is right near the Delhi Flying Club. It is an interesting spot because you can often hear things happening over at the club. The pin code here is 110003, which is a pretty central part of New Delhi. Our setup is not like the big fancy restaurants you see in the malls. This is more of a practical location where we handle things behind the scenes. We spend our shifts making sure the orders are right and the supplies are coming in like they should. It is a lot of routine stuff, honestly. We arrive in the morning, check the lists, and get started. The Rcf Flats area is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm during the day. We have some regulars who stop by or say hello when we are outside. It is a nice change from the really crowded markets. We do not have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just have our schedules and a clock. The work is steady and we try to keep a good pace so nobody is waiting too long for their information. It is just a group of us working out of this flat to keep things running. We are not trying to impress anyone with the decor; it is all about the function of the place. Just a local spot near the flying club where we do our part.
