Our office for the TGI Friday's operations under Bistro Hospitality is located up here in Dehradun. Specifically, you can find us at Garh Niwas in the Mokhampur area. It’s a bit different running things from here compared to being in a big metro city, but we like the pace of Dehradun. The office itself is pretty quiet most of the time. We handle the paperwork and the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps the restaurant side of things moving along. It’s mostly just a few of us at desks dealing with invoices and schedules. Sometimes it feels like we are miles away from the actual kitchens, but we keep in touch with everyone. Mokhampur is a nice enough spot, and being based at Garh Niwas gives us a steady place to work from. We aren’t some massive corporate headquarters with glass walls and fancy coffee machines. It’s more like a regular workspace where we get things done and then go home to our families. We deal with the local suppliers and try to stay on top of the logistics of running a hospitality business in this part of Uttarakhand. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, honestly. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a holiday coming up or we have to sort out some licensing. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing to keep things going in our region. It's practical work for us.
