Our office is situated in Sangam Vihar, which is a really dense part of New Delhi. We are at House Number 1043 in Gali Number 24, specifically in the L-2 block. If you’ve ever been to Sangam Vihar, you know that the lanes can be quite a challenge to navigate. Gali 24 is no different, with bikes and pedestrians constantly moving through. We operate out of a regular house that we’ve converted into a working space. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for what we need to do. There’s a small area where we keep our supplies and a few tables where we sit with our laptops. We don't have a big sign out front, just the house number. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with long commutes. The atmosphere is very casual. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through our daily tasks. It’s a bit of a climb if you’re going to the upper floors, and the stairs are narrow. We deal with all sorts of things throughout the day, mostly just keeping the business running smoothly. Sometimes we have to step out into the lane to take a phone call because the walls are thick and the signal can be weak. It’s just a normal, everyday spot in a busy neighborhood where we get our work done without any fuss. The neighbors are friendly, which makes the long days easier.
