There is a lot of noise from the market nearby, and you can always smell food from the street vendors. Our office is up the stairs and away from the main sidewalk chaos, which is nice. It’s a fairly basic setup with a few rooms and a small area where we have our meetings. We spend our time managing hotel details and talking to different properties. It is a lot of logistics and checking on things like room counts and maintenance schedules. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place with computers, some old printers, and a lot of ring binders. The team is small, and we usually eat lunch together at our desks while we talk about the day's tasks. Lajpat Nagar is a great place to be because everything you could possibly need is right around the corner. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office design. We just want a functional space where we can get through our to-do lists and keep the hotels running the way they should. It’s a very grounded, local way of doing business.
