Our team is local, and we all know each other’s families, which makes for a friendly atmosphere. We don't have a big corporate structure; if something needs doing, whoever is closest just does it. We take a long break in the middle of the day when it’s hottest, then work later into the evening. It’s an honest way to make a living, sending things from our corner of the world to places far away.
