Tenon & Groove

We are Tenon & Groove, based out of Dwarka here in New Delhi-110075. The name comes from the way we join wood together, which is pretty much what we spend our time thinking about. Dwarka is a big area with lots of sectors, but we’ve found our spot here and it works for us. It’s not a giant factory or anything. It’s more of a workshop where there’s always a bit of sawdust in the air and the smell of wood glue. We don't have a big marketing team or a sleek office. Mostly it's just us and the tools. Some days are spent just sanding things down until they feel right. It’s slow work sometimes, and you can’t really rush it if you want the pieces to fit together. We don't really do the whole "corporate" thing. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in work clothes, maybe a bit messy. We just like making things that stay together. It’s a simple way to spend a day. The neighborhood is alright, and we’ve got some good spots nearby to grab a quick bite when we’re too busy to cook. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to keep making things in our shop in Dwarka and hope people like what we do. It’s a straightforward life, and we’re fine with that.
