Tenon & Groove Software Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi

Tenon & Groove Software is located on the second floor of Z-128 in Sector 12, Noida. Even though our name mentions New Delhi, we have been working out of this spot in UP for quite a while. It is a pretty standard office building for this area. We spend most of our time sitting in front of large monitors, writing code and looking for bugs that need fixing. The stairs leading up to our floor are a little narrow, and the hallway is not always the brightest, but the office itself is a decent place to work. We have a few plants on the windowsills, though we sometimes forget to water them. The team is not very big, and most of us have known each other for years. There is usually a lot of talk about what projects are due and where we should go for lunch. Working with software requires a lot of patience, especially when things do not work the way they are supposed to on the first try. The 201301 area has many businesses like ours, so there is a bit of a technical feel to the whole neighborhood. We do not have any big slogans on the walls or fancy mission statements. We just show up, do the programming that is needed for the day, and then head home once we are done. It is just a group of regular people doing their jobs.
