Tender World

Tender World is located in the Jain Extension Commercial Complex, right in the middle of Dr. Mukherjee Nagar. We are up in suite 202. If you know the area, you know it’s usually packed with students and people looking for books or coaching. Our office is a bit different, as we spend our time looking through government notices and bidding documents. It’s a lot of reading and a lot of typing on old keyboards that have seen better days. The commercial complex itself is always buzzing with activity, so there is usually a lot of noise coming from the hallway—people talking, doors slamming, and the occasional tea delivery. Inside our office, it’s mostly just desks piled high with papers and a few computers that we hope don’t crash when we are trying to download a big file. We’ve been in Delhi-19 for a while now and we know the rhythms of the building. We aren't doing anything glamorous; it’s mostly just data and deadlines. If we miss a date for a tender, it’s a big problem, so there is always a bit of stress in the air toward the end of the month. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and see us working. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do, and we like being right in the heart of Mukherjee Nagar. It’s busy but fine.
