So, Ten is actually a unit of B.L.Kashyap & Sons Ltd., and we’re set up over here in Guru Nanak Nagar. If you know the Tilak Nagar area, you know it’s always crowded and full of life. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular place where we manage the daily grind. We deal with a lot of construction-related stuff since that’s what the main company does. There’s always someone coming in with a blueprint or a dusty pair of boots. It gets a bit noisy with all the talk about materials and site schedules. We don’t have a big marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just me telling it like it is. Some mornings the internet is slow and we just sit around talking about the cricket score until it starts working again. It’s a local vibe here. We know the guy who sells tea at the corner, and he knows how we like it. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, tucked away near the post office. It’s not the quietest spot in New Delhi, but it’s where we get things done. We don't really have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just try to keep the projects moving and make sure nobody forgets to sign the important papers. It's a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of chaos.
