Ten Travels

You can find Ten Travels at Room No. 47 in Rangpuri village. We are right there with Kamal Singh Pradhan. It’s a bit of a maze getting through Mahipal Pur sometimes. The streets are narrow and there’s always something going on. It’s not a fancy office building, just a room where we get things done. New Delhi can be overwhelming but this little corner feels more like a neighborhood. We deal with emails at satyagayalbank@yahoo.co.in. The address is 110037 if you’re looking at a map. Sometimes the internet is slow or the neighbor’s dog starts barking during a call. It’s just how it is here. We have a small table and a few chairs. It gets hot in the summer so we keep the fan running all day. Rangpuri has its own pace. It’s close to the airport area so you hear planes once in a while. We aren't trying to be anything big. Just a small group working out of a room in the village. It’s quiet enough for us. Most people around here know Kamal Singh's place. We’ve been here for a bit and it feels like home now. No big signs or flashing lights. Just a door and a desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing. That’s about it for our little spot in Delhi. We keep a stash of biscuits for when we get hungry.
