Ten Travels Ltd

Ten Travels Ltd is our little shop in Uttam Nagar. We are at C1/24 in Gali No-05, Raja Puri. If you know New Delhi-110059, you know how busy the lanes can get. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans from this small spot for a long time. It’s a family-style environment here. We aren't a big travel agency with a mall storefront. We are just in a regular street where neighbors walk by and wave. We book flights, trains, and help people figure out where they are going. Most of our customers are from the local area. They come in because they know us and they don't want to deal with some website that doesn't answer the phone. We spend our days looking at routes and trying to find the cheapest options for people. It’s a lot of clicking and waiting for pages to load. Sometimes it’s stressful when a trip gets cancelled, but we just do our part to fix it. The office is small and filled with old maps and calendars. We like it that way. It feels like home to us. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth in Raja Puri is enough to keep us busy every single day. We might not have the newest computers, but we know the systems inside and out. If you stop by, you'll probably find us sharing a cup of chai while we work on someone's visa papers or tickets.
