Teleperformance

Teleperformance is based at S-4/20 in Old Mahavir Nagar, which is right by Tilak Nagar. We are up on the first floor. It is a pretty standard setup for this part of New Delhi. The street outside is usually full of people and rickshaws, especially in the afternoons. We have been at this address for a good amount of time. The office is not very big. It’s just a place where we sit and handle our daily business. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. Usually, we just have some tea and get to work. Most of the staff takes the metro because finding a place to park a car in Old Mahavir Nagar is almost impossible. The stairs to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you are carrying boxes. We have some computers and desks, and the lighting is okay. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but the coolers help. We don't bother with polished brochures or fancy signs. Most folks find us because they need help with something specific and they know we are here. It’s a very practical way to run things. We are just regular people working in a busy neighborhood. We don’t have any big corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just a workspace where we try to stay organized and get things done before the day ends.
