Teleperformance

Our office is on the 1st Floor at 1726 Rishi Nagar, which is right in the Kotla Mubarakpur area of New Delhi. It is an old neighborhood, so the streets are a bit tight and there is always something going on outside. Teleperformance has been set up here for a while. If you walk up the stairs, you will hear a lot of talking because that is mostly what we do all day long. We have rows of computers and people with headsets on, talking to folks from all over. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours, and the air conditioning is always humming in the background to keep the machines cool. We don't really have a lobby or anything flashy, just the workspace where everyone gets their shifts done. Sometimes we go downstairs to the local shops for a quick chai or some snacks during the break. The pin code is 110003, and it is a very busy part of town. People come in for work at all times of the day and night since we don't really close down. It’s just a regular bunch of people doing their jobs and trying to keep up with the calls coming in. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there is a lot of typing and talking happening from morning until the night shift takes over. We have been in this specific building for years and know all the local shopkeepers.
