Our office sits at B-8/128 in Sector-3, Rohini. It’s a typical New Delhi street, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers where we spend our shifts. Rohini is a big residential hub, so many of us don’t have to travel very far to get here, which is nice. We aren't one of those high-rise offices with a view of the skyline. We see the brick buildings across the street and the occasional vegetable vendor passing by. The rhythm of the day is pretty steady. We get in, start our systems, and handle whatever comes our way. The air conditioning sometimes hums a bit too loud, and there’s always a scramble for the best microwave at lunchtime. We are just regular people working in a regular part of town. There’s no corporate jargon or complicated rules that don’t make sense. We just follow the routine and try to help people out. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but we’re used to it. The office is a bit cramped, but it keeps us all close enough to chat when there’s a quiet moment. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do here every single day. We don't try to be anything we are not. It works for us and we keep going.
