You can find us over in Rohini at G-6325, on the second floor of Sector-16. It’s a typical Delhi office building where the stairs are a bit narrow and you can hear the street noise from the windows. Teleecare Pvt.Ltd is where we spend our days answering phones and dealing with whatever comes our way. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually full of rickshaws and people heading to the market. The office itself is pretty simple, with a bunch of computers and some headsets lying around. It gets a little warm in the summer but we have the coolers running to keep things comfortable while we work. We aren't a big fancy corporation, just a group of people in Rohini trying to do a good job every day. Most of us have been working here together for a long time so we’re more like a small family than just coworkers. We share our lunch and talk about what’s going on in the neighborhood while we wait for the next call. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, but it’s what we do. We don't have any polished speeches or anything, just honest work in a regular office in Sector-16. That’s pretty much the whole story of our place. We keep the files stacked on the side and try to stay on top of the daily messages that come through the system.
