Telecaller

Our company name is Telecaller and we are based in Hakikat Nagar. You can find us at Gate No-07, House No-211. This is near Kingsway Camp in Delhi, 110009. It’s a very active area because of all the students and the university nearby. Being at Gate 07 makes it a bit easier to explain the location to people. The house itself, number 211, is where we set everything up. It is a bit of a tight space because we have several people working on the phones throughout the day. You can always hear the hum of voices if you walk in. We don’t have a fancy sign outside, just a small one near the door. The neighborhood is full of small businesses and houses. It’s a bit of an older part of Delhi, so the streets are narrow and usually full of scooters. We’ve been in this spot for a while. It’s convenient for the staff because the transport links near Kingsway Camp are good. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s more like a group of people working together in a house. We have a small kitchen area for making tea and that’s about it. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We just show up, do the calling work, and go home. There’s nothing complicated about how we run things in Hakikat Nagar. It's just a plain office.
