Tele Callers

Our office is at S-67 in the School Block of Shakarpur. It is a typical Delhi spot, very crowded and full of energy. The name Tele Callers pretty much tells you what we do. We spend our days on the phones, talking to people about various things. It is a simple office with rows of desks and a lot of headsets. It can get quite loud when everyone is talking at once, but we have learned to tune it out. We are not a giant call center with thousands of employees. There are just a handful of us here, and we all know each other’s business. The desks are a bit messy, covered in pens, notebooks, and the occasional snack. We do not have a fancy break room, so we usually just eat our lunch at our desks or go out to the local market. Shakarpur is a busy place, and the commute can be a bit of a struggle, but we make it work. We do not have any big speeches about our work. We just show up, do the calls, and try to meet our targets. Sometimes the phone lines act up or the internet goes down, and we just use that time to catch up on gossip. It is a real job with real people, and we have been at this address for a while now.
