You can find Tecnovate Esolutions Ltd. over in Shakarpur, specifically at U 45 on Street Number 3. It’s a busy little area and we’ve been working out of this space for a good bit now. Mostly, we are just a bunch of people who know their way around a computer better than most. We handle a lot of the technical stuff that other people don’t want to deal with. Our office is tucked away, so if you aren't looking for it, you might walk right past the door. There are always cables everywhere and the sound of fans humming in the background. We spend a lot of time staring at screens, fixing errors or helping people figure out why their software isn't doing what it’s supposed to. It’s not glamorous work, but someone has to do it. New Delhi is a fast place, and things break all the time. We try to keep up with the tickets that come in, though sometimes they pile up faster than we can click. We don’t use a lot of big words to explain things. We just tell you what’s wrong and try to get it running again. Some days the power goes out and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the street. It’s a simple setup we have here, focused on getting the work done so we can go home at the end of the shift. No fancy suits or big corporate meetings for us.
