Techno Services is tucked away on Netaji Subhash Marg, right at number 17 in Darya Ganj. It’s always noisy outside with all the booksellers and the traffic. We’ve been sitting in this spot for years fixing whatever comes through the door. Usually, it's gadgets or some sort of electronic equipment that stopped working. The space is a bit cramped because we have tools and parts lying around everywhere. It’s just easier that way when you're in the middle of a job. Most of the guys here have been working together for a long time. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we're looking up a part number. Usually, customers just drop by after work. Sometimes it takes a couple of days if the part is hard to find. We don't promise miracles, but we try to see if it can be saved. Darya Ganj is a busy place, so there's always someone popping in with a question. We like the atmosphere here. It’s a bit old-school, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The light in the back of the shop isn't great, but we make do with what we have. If it's broken, we take a look and tell you the truth. If it's not worth fixing, we say so. That’s just the way we do things here. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know where to find us when their stuff breaks down.
