Teamlease Services Private Limited is located right on the Najafgarh Nangloi Road. If you know New Delhi, you know that road is always packed with trucks and buses. Our office is at Rz-D-140, and it is a practical space where we handle a lot of different things. We mostly deal with people looking for work and companies needing staff. It gets pretty loud outside with all the horns honking, but we get used to it after a few days. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. It is just a regular office where we spend our hours looking at resumes and making phone calls. There is always a lot of paper moving across the desks. Sometimes the fans are clicking away while we work, and we just keep our heads down. We are not a giant corporation with thousands of rules; we just try to get people into jobs so they can earn a living. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon. We talk about the local news and the weather while we drink our chai. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we know the routine inside out. It is a simple life, focused on the tasks at hand and getting through the pile of folders on the shelves. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
