Team-Lease

We’re located at 24 GH4 in the Meera Apartments over in Paschim Vihar. It’s a residential area, so it feels a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a big commercial hub. We’ve set up our office here to handle all the hiring and staffing work we do at Team-Lease. It’s a regular apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. You’ll see plenty of files and computers around, as we’re always looking through resumes or talking to people about jobs. It gets pretty busy during the day with the phones ringing and people coming in for interviews. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for a bit, and we like the community feel. The apartment setup makes it feel less like a cold corporate office and more like a place where you can actually talk to someone. We aren't fancy, and we don't try to be. We just focus on finding people work and making sure the paperwork is sorted out for the companies we help. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but we don't mind the wait. It gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors or just catch our breath. We’re just a group of people trying to make the job hunt a little easier for everyone who comes by. It’s a lot of work, but we like staying busy and helping out where we can.
