Team Leader

Our office is over in Mangla Puri Phase II, right near the Police Chowky in Palam Colony. It is a bit of a trek to get here if the traffic is bad, which it usually is around this part of New Delhi. We've got two units, B-137 and 138, so there is a decent amount of room for the team to sit. It’s not a very fancy place, just white walls and some basic furniture that’s seen better days. We called the business Team Leader mostly because that’s what we do, just manage things and try to keep everyone on the same page. It gets loud in here when everyone is talking at once or when the motorbikes zoom past outside towards the main road. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. We drink a lot of tea from the stall around the corner to keep ourselves going. The floor is a bit scuffed from moving chairs around and there are always some cables tangling under the desks. We try to keep it simple and just do the work without much fuss. It feels like a neighborhood spot because most of us live nearby or at least know the area well enough to navigate the back alleys. It is just a place where work happens every day, nothing more and nothing less than that. We just show up and get it done.
