Team Leader

Our office, Team Leader, is located at D-91 in Ajay Enclave, right over in the Ashok Nagar area of New Delhi. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the metro if you know the shortcuts. We’ve been at this address for a couple of years. The office is just a regular room with some desks pushed together. We didn't spend a lot on fancy furniture. Most of it is stuff we’ve had for a long time. We work on various things throughout the day, depending on what our clients need. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. The air conditioner is a bit temperamental, so in the summer, it can get quite warm. We just open the windows and deal with it. Ashok Nagar is a busy place with lots of small businesses like ours. We see the same faces every day at the local lunch stalls. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to provide a decent service and keep our heads down. It’s a humble operation. We don't have fancy titles or a complicated hierarchy. Everyone just chips in where they can. If someone needs help, they just ask. That’s how we’ve always done it here at D-91. We just keep things moving and try not to overcomplicate the small stuff. It’s how we prefer to run things around here. It works for us and our visitors.
