Team Leader

Our office is on Sotiyaan Street, right by Bada Phatak in Bijnore. It’s a family-run kind of setup, located at the home of the late Soti Prabhat Chandra. Mayank Soti is the one who handles things here. Bijnore is a smaller town compared to the big cities, so things move a bit slower, which we like. The street can get a bit narrow, and finding parking is sometimes a real headache for visitors. We operate out of this old family house because it's convenient and keeps us connected to the community. There isn't a reception desk or a lobby; you just come in and find us working at our desks. It’s a bit informal, but we get the work done. Being a Team Leader company sounds official, but we are really just a small group of people working together on various tasks. We’ve been in this part of U.P. for a long time. The building has a lot of history for the family and we keep it as it is. We use the rooms for our desks and storage. It’s not a fancy office building with glass walls or high-tech elevators. It’s just a solid brick house on a busy street where we manage our daily tasks. We know all the neighbors, and they know us. It feels right to work from here rather than moving to a modern commercial complex in some other city.
