Our office is located in B-92 of the Sheetal Apartment complex in Prashant Vihar, Rohini. It’s a busy part of North Delhi. We are basically in a residential apartment that we use for our business operations. It’s got a very lived-in feel. There are stacks of paper on almost every flat surface and the phones never seem to stop ringing for long. We do a lot of logistics and transport coordination from this desk. It can be quite stressful when a shipment is delayed, but we’ve all been doing this long enough that we don't panic. The kitchen in the apartment is mostly used for making endless rounds of tea and coffee. We have a small balcony where some of us go to catch a breath of air, though it’s mostly just a view of other apartments and the street below. Finding a parking spot near the building is always a challenge, so most of us just use the metro or rickshaws. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy sign. You just come up the stairs and you’re in our workspace. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s just a normal, everyday Delhi office where people work hard to keep things moving across the country. We don't use fancy titles or have long meetings. We just talk across the room and solve things as they come up.
