Tata Teleservices

We are located at 925/13 in Mahavir Colony, which is a spot right near the Aggarwal Mandi area in Panipat. It’s a decent location because we are close enough to the main market to be handy but just far enough away that the noise isn't too overwhelming. We run a branch for Tata Teleservices from this building. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of computer equipment. We have a small group of people working here who have mostly grown up in this town. Panipat is a fast-moving place, and we get a lot of locals dropping in with questions about their connections or bills. The space is a bit small, so if more than three people show up at once, it starts to feel a little crowded. The building is an older one and has its quirks, like the occasional flickering light or a door that sticks a bit. We spend most of our time on the phones or typing away at the screens. We usually take our tea breaks out on the sidewalk to get some fresh air and watch the traffic go by. There’s no corporate polish here, just a bunch of us doing our jobs in a neighborhood office. We’ve been here for a while and know many of the shopkeepers on the block. It’s a simple way of working, and we just try to help whoever walks through the door.
