Tata Teleservices Ltd. (Through Adecco)

We work out of House No. - 752 in B Block on Lane 1C. This is on Ratiya Marg in Sangam Vihar, New Delhi-110062. It is a Tata Teleservices Ltd. office but we are here through Adecco. It is a bit of a mixed setup for us. The lane outside is quite narrow and it can be hard to find if you do not know this part of town. We have a small sign out front so people can find us. Inside it is just a typical workspace with desks and people wearing headsets. Sangam Vihar is a very crowded neighborhood so there is always something happening right outside the door. We handle a lot of service calls and technical problems for people. It is not a glamorous job but it keeps all of us very busy during the day. We have a small break room where we eat our lunch together. The people working here are alright and we mostly just focus on our own tasks. Being in B Block means we are right in the heart of where people live. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. We have been at this Ratiya Marg location for a while now. It is just a regular place where we do our hours and try to keep the customers happy. We do not have any big corporate slogans on the walls. It is just a place to work.
