You can find us at Tata Tele Services over at 309 Indira Coloney in Muzaffarnagar. We are located right near the Kalawati Nursing Home, which makes it easy for people to give directions to our spot. Being in U.P. 251001 means we see a lot of local people coming in with questions every day. The office is very basic and straightforward. We have a front desk and a few chairs for people who need to wait for a bit. It is not a shiny corporate building, just a regular structure in a residential colony. We spend our time fixing service issues and answering queries about phone lines. The road nearby can get a bit dusty, but we try our best to keep the office clean. We have been in Indira Coloney for a good amount of time now. Most of the staff here grew up in this area, so we know the neighborhood very well. We do not have any scripts to follow when we talk to customers. If someone has a problem, we just listen and try to sort it out as quickly as we can. It is honest work and it keeps our days moving along. We usually order lunch from the small dhabas nearby. We do not pretend to be fancy. We are just here to do a job.
