Tata Sky Ltd

We are based in Sector 19, Noida. Tata Sky Ltd has been around for a long time, and this office is where a lot of the local work happens. It’s a standard Noida building. Nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, there are rows of desks and people talking on headsets. It gets pretty loud during the day when everyone is busy. We deal with a lot of technical stuff and customer issues. Sometimes things go wrong with the signals or the boxes, and we have to sort it out. Sector 19 is a decent area, but finding parking can be a headache. Most of us take the metro or bikes. We have a small break area where we keep the water cooler. That’s where most of the office gossip happens. We don't have a big marketing team here. We are the ones actually doing the work. The lights are bright and the air conditioning is usually on full blast because it gets so hot outside. We have a few plants that someone forgets to water. It’s a typical office life. We aren't making grand promises. We just try to fix the problems that come our way. Every day is a bit different, but mostly it’s just about keeping the service running for everyone. We try to be helpful when people call in with their remote problems.
