Tata Motors Authorised Service Station

The workshop is over in Bagbera Colony, right near Cross Road 3. It's a busy corner of Tatanagar, especially with all the vehicles coming in and out. Being an authorized station for Tata Motors means we stay pretty occupied most days. House No.127/2/4 isn't hard to spot if you know the area near the P.O. My staff and I have been here through plenty of hot Jharkhand summers. The garage floor is usually covered in some kind of oil or grease, but that's part of the job. We don't have a fancy waiting room with air conditioning that works all the time. Usually, there's just some old chairs and a fan going. People bring their trucks and cars here because they know we've been around the district for a bit. East Singhbhum can be a tough place on engines with all the dust. We just take things as they come. If a part is late, it's late. We try to be honest about how long stuff takes. It gets loud with the tools and the engines running. Sometimes we have to shout to hear each other over the noise. It’s a practical place. We focus on the metal and the engines more than the paperwork. 831002 is our little patch of the world. We’re just local folks who know how these machines work. It isn't a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We like the work and the people who stop by.
