We’re located on the third floor of F/122 in Lado Sarai. It’s a bit of a climb since there isn’t an elevator that works all the time, but we don’t mind the exercise. Our space is pretty basic. We have a few rows of desks and a lot of cables running along the floor. It’s where we handle all our technical work and data projects. Lado Sarai is an interesting place to work; it’s got that mix of old village vibes and new office setups. From our windows, we can see the tops of the nearby buildings and some trees. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass elevators, just a floor in a building where we spend our nine-to-five. We usually bring our own lunch or grab something from the paratha shop around the corner. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs are a bit squeaky, but they get the job done. We focus on our screens and try to stay on top of the tasks the main office sends our way. It gets a little cramped when we have a big project, and the air conditioning struggles on those 45-degree days, but we manage. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with the décor. We’re just here to work and get home to our families. It’s a standard New Delhi office experience, really. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily pile of work.
