We are located in Dhaka Village, specifically at house number 80 in the Kingsway Camp area of Delhi. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the students and travelers moving around North Delhi. The office itself is quite compact, tucked into a street that’s always full of people. Most of our time is spent dealing with the piles of paperwork and the steady stream of queries that come through the door. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the local vendors, so we usually keep the door shut. Inside, it’s just a few desks, some chairs for people to wait on, and a lot of wires running along the walls. We’ve been in this building for years, and it’s become a bit of a local fixture in this part of Delhi. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound, but it gets the job done. We don’t have a lot of space for extra stuff, so everything has a specific place. Lunch usually means ordering something from the stall around the corner or sharing whatever someone brought in their dabba. It’s a humble place, and we don't try to make it look like something it’s not. We just open up in the morning, handle the tasks as they arrive, and close up once the sun is down. It’s just regular work in a busy neighborhood.
