Tata Communication Ltd has a presence here in New Delhi 110046. Our office is a busy spot where we manage a lot of the technical side of things. It’s not like those shiny offices you see in movies. It’s a practical space filled with computers, servers, and a lot of tangled wires. We spend our time monitoring systems and making sure everything is working as it should. It’s repetitive work, but it’s important. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have a list of things that need to be fixed or checked by the end of the shift. The lighting is a bit bright and the air is always cold because of the machines, so we usually wear sweaters even when it's hot outside. Most of us have been working here for years. We know the routines and we know how to handle the glitches that pop up. The area around 110046 is quite crowded, so getting to work can take a while if you don't time it right. We usually eat our lunch in about twenty minutes so we can get back to the screens. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except for the hum of the hardware. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making sure the communication lines stay open for everyone else. It’s just a normal day at the office for us, doing the technical stuff.
