Taneja Developers&Infrastructure Ltd. has its office in West Patel Nagar. We are located at 307A, on the second floor. Prachi Malhotra is the name you’ll see on a lot of the paperwork here. West Patel Nagar is a typical New Delhi neighborhood, very busy and full of life at all hours. Our office is up on the second floor, so you have to walk up the stairs since there isn't a big fancy elevator. The space itself is quite simple. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of papers scattered around. It’s not a polished corporate environment with glass walls and expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the work done. From the windows, you can see the street below which is always packed with cars and people going about their day. It gets pretty noisy, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the horns and the shouting. We’ve been at this address in New Delhi 08 for a while now, and we know the other people in the building. There are no marketing people here writing speeches about our values. We just show up in the morning, drink some tea, and start working on our projects. It’s a lot of long hours and practical work. We try to keep things organized, even if the office feels a bit cluttered sometimes with all the maps and plans we have lying around.
