Tandoori Hut

We are over in Mahipalpur at K.S Apartment. Our shop is in Flat No-A/3, Block-A, right on Desu Gali. The pin code is 110037. Being so close to the airport, we get a lot of different people coming through. The area is quite packed, and Desu Gali is often full of traffic and people walking around. We have a small kitchen where the tandoor stays hot most of the day. It’s a very simple place. We don't have fancy seating or waiters in uniforms. Most of our work is about getting the food cooked right and making sure it goes out hot. The apartment building setup is a bit unusual for a food place, but it works for us. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know where to find us. It gets pretty smoky in the back when we are busy, and the floor can get a bit messy during the peak hours, but we clean up when we can. We don't use any big words to describe our food. It is just cooked over the fire like it should be. The staff is just a few guys who know how to handle the oven. We don't have a big menu or anything, just the usual items people like. It is a tough business but we enjoy the daily routine of it. We just keep the fire going and serve whoever stops by for a meal.
