Our office is located at C2B/7C in Janakpuri. It’s a residential-looking area, but Tajsats Air Catering Ltd runs things from here. This is a joint venture between Indian Hotels and SATS, but on a daily basis, it just feels like a busy workplace. We deal with a lot of food logistics and planning for flights. It’s not like a restaurant where people sit down to eat. Instead, everything is about timing and making sure things get to the airport when they should. We have a lot of lists and schedules pinned to the walls. The staff here are usually quite busy, especially during the peak travel seasons. Janakpuri is a good spot for us, though finding parking near the building can be a real headache sometimes. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. It’s about making sure the catering side of things doesn't fall behind. We talk to the kitchen teams and the delivery drivers all day long. It's a lot of coordination. You won't find any corporate slogans on our walls. We just focus on the boxes and the trays and the schedules. It’s a practical environment. We’ve been here for a while and most of the neighbors know us by now. We just come in, do the work, and make sure the planes have what they need for their passengers.
