Taj Sats Of Air Catering

We run Taj Sats Of Air Catering from our location at C-75/A in Mandawali Fazalpur, Delhi. This isn't the big airport kitchen everyone imagines. It’s a smaller setup where we handle a lot of the logistical side of things. The neighborhood is very packed and the streets are narrow. We have been here for a long time. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking lists and making sure the supplies are ready to go out. It’s a lot of work and it starts very early in the morning before the sun is even up. The building is simple and doesn't have any big decorations. We have a few rooms for the staff to coordinate everything. It can get pretty hot in the summer, but we have some fans going. We aren't here to look fancy. We are here to make sure the food and the service parts are all organized correctly. Mandawali is a busy place, so there’s always noise from the scooters and the people outside. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we don't need much instruction anymore. It’s just a regular part of the city where we do our part for the airline industry. We don't have a big sign, just the address on the door. It is what it is.
