Taj Sats Air Catering

You can find us over in Rohini, specifically in Sector 20. We’re located in Pocket 14 at house number 190. It’s mostly a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than those busy airport zones where most of the actual catering work happens. This house is where we do a lot of the behind-the-scenes planning and administrative stuff. We have a small office setup inside the building. It’s mostly just desks and a lot of paper logs for the different flights we have to serve. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking the computer screens to make sure everything is timed exactly right. The space inside is a bit tight, especially when we have extra files or supplies to store for the month. We don't have a big fancy entrance or a security desk. It’s just a regular door in a regular street. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have our own way of getting things done without much fuss. The neighborhood is nice enough, and we usually walk over to the local market for some snacks in the afternoon. It doesn't feel like working for a big airport company when you’re sitting in this office. It feels more like a small family business. We have a little kettle for making coffee and a couple of old fans to keep the air moving. It’s not the most modern place, but it’s where the work gets finished.
