Taj Sats Air Catering

We are based over in Sector 26, Noida, specifically at A-110. It’s a busy spot. Most of what we do involves getting food ready for airlines. It is a big operation and things get pretty hectic around here. We’ve been at this for a while now. The kitchen runs at all hours because flights don’t really stop. You’ll see trucks coming and going constantly. It isn’t always glamorous work, honestly. There is a lot of chopping, packing, and checking lists. People might think air catering is simple, but it’s mostly about timing and making sure nothing gets left behind. The heat in the kitchen gets to you sometimes. We just try to keep things moving so the trays get where they need to go on time. Noida is a good place for us because we can get to the airport relatively well from here. We have a lot of staff who have been here for years. They know the routines inside out. Sometimes the printers jam or a delivery is late, and we have to scramble. That is just how it goes in this business. We aren't trying to be fancy, just trying to get the meals out. If you walk by our building, you'll probably smell whatever is cooking that day.
