Taj Sats Air Catering

We are based at Rzf/1/349 on Street Number 3 in Mhaveer Enclave. Being so close to the airport is important for us because we handle the catering for flights. The area around here is always moving, with planes flying low overhead and delivery trucks navigating the narrow streets. Our workspace is not like a typical restaurant where people come to sit and eat. It is more of a massive kitchen and packing area. We have lots of stainless steel tables, huge refrigerators, and crates that are constantly being moved around. The staff here are always in their gear, focusing on getting the meal counts right for the next flight departure. We have to work on a very tight schedule because the airlines do not wait if the food is late. It gets quite hot in the kitchens, especially during the summer months in Delhi, but everyone just keeps their head down and gets the job done. Mhaveer Enclave can be a bit of a maze to get through, so we have to be smart about how we time our arrivals and departures. Most of our work is about repetition and making sure everything is clean and labeled correctly. It is a very hands-on environment where we don't have much time for sitting around. We just focus on the task at hand, making sure the trays are ready to go before the trucks pull out to the tarmac.
