Taj Sats Air Catering, New Delhi

We operate Taj Sats Air Catering from House Number 61/1 in Sector-41/A. Even though the name mentions New Delhi, this specific spot is actually here in Chandigarh. It is a bit of a different setup than what you might expect for a catering place. We use this location for our administrative bits and some of the coordination work. Sector-41/A is a decent residential area, so it is fairly quiet around here compared to the main city markets. The office is inside a regular house, so it does not look like a big factory or anything. We have a few rooms set up with tables and some computers where we track the food orders and schedules for the flights. It can get pretty stressful when there is a big rush, and we are all trying to make sure the numbers add up. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact house number, so we spend a lot of time giving directions over the phone.
