Taj Residency

Taj Residency is located at E107 in Sector C-1 of the L.D.A Colony, right on Kanpur Road in Lucknow. We are a small place for guests to stay when they are passing through or visiting the city. Being near Kanpur Road means we get a lot of travelers who are on their way to or from other places. The L.D.A Colony is a decent neighborhood, and we have been part of it for some time now. Our building is not huge, but we have enough rooms to keep us busy. We don't have a big corporate team running things from some distant office. It is just us here on the ground, making sure the rooms are swept and the linens are changed. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the usual things like fixing a leaky tap or making sure the fans are working right in the heat. Lucknow can get quite warm, so we try to keep the place as cool as we can. We are not a fancy hotel with room service and bells. It is more of a guesthouse feel where people can just get a bed and some rest. We are practical people and we don't use any flowery language to describe what we do. We provide a place to stay at E107, and we do it in a straightforward way. It’s a local business run by local people who understand the area and work hard to keep it going.
