Taj Palace

We’ve been here in Rajouri Garden for a while now. If you're looking for B417, that's where we are. It's just a regular spot where we try to keep things running smoothly. People come in for food or a place to sit, and we just do our job. The neighborhood is busy, so there's always something going on outside our door. We aren't doing anything fancy. It is mostly just about making sure the tables are wiped and the lights stay on. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the traffic picks up on the main road, but that's just New Delhi for you. We have a few staff members who have been around since the start. They know the regulars by name. It isn't a huge place, just a decent size for what we do. If you walk past the market, you will probably see our sign. We keep things pretty simple here. No big speeches or anything like that. Just a local business trying to get through the day like everyone else. If you need something, you can just ask one of us. We try to stay organized, though sometimes paperwork piles up on the desk in the back. That is just how it goes when you're busy. The floor is a bit worn in the spots where people stand the most. We had to fix the front door handle last week because it started sticking. It’s those little things that take up time. We usually have a radio playing quietly.
