Taj Palace

We are found at 18/13 on the third floor in New Delhi, 110008. It’s a central location, which makes it easy to get to, though the traffic around here can be a bit much sometimes. Our office is a simple one, located up a few flights of stairs in a regular Delhi building. We’ve been operating from here for quite some time now, handling the daily business for the Taj Palace. It’s not a massive corporate setup with hundreds of employees. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. We know each other’s habits and how we like our tea in the morning. The office is usually quite full of paperwork and the sounds of people talking on the phone. We don't have a fancy reception area or any expensive art on the walls. It’s just a practical space where we can get our work done. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street, though you can still hear the horns honking below. We deal with all sorts of things, from guest bookings to maintenance issues. It’s not always a perfect process, and sometimes we have to scramble to get things finished on time. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant company. We are just a local business doing our best to keep things running smoothly for everyone.
